Electronic payment company i3 Verticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: IIIV) announced on Monday April 5 that it has acquired two software companies. The company completed the acquisitions on Thursday, April 1. The aggregate cash consideration paid at closing for the two deals was $17,400,000.
The company acquired one company based out of the upper Midwest. This company provides “both proprietary and third party software and services” in several different states. This company provides these services primarily to healthcare customers. The software this company provides improves “operational efficiencies and work-flow process.” It also removes barriers so customers can securely access patient information and simplify the admittance to discharge process.
