Astrea Acquisition Corporation Files for IPO

According to paperwork filed with the SEC, Astrea Acquisition Corporation has filed for its IPO. Moreover, this deal registers up to 17.25 million units of securities to trade on the NASDAQ. However, this figure includes 2.25 million units issuable to underwriters in order to cover over-allotments, if any. The proposed maximum offering price is $10 per unit. This puts the proposed maximum aggregate offering price somewhere between $150 and $172.5 million.

Furthermore, each unit consists of 1 Class A ordinary share as well as 1/2 of a warrant.
