On Monday Dec. 22, IBM (NYSE:IBM) announced an agreement to acquire Finnish cloud services company Nordcloud. Neither company disclosed the deal amount. Upon completion of the merger, Nordcloud will become an IBM company. The deal is subject to customary and regulatory approval and is on track to close in the first quarter of 2021.
