Concord Acquisition Corp. Files for IPO

Concord Acquisition Corp, a blank-check company with the intention of acquiring a business in the financial services and financial technology sectors has filed paperwork with the SEC announcing its IPO. In this filing, 250 million shares were registered with the SEC. The proposed maximum offering price is $10 per share, and each share includes one-half of a redeemable warrant. The warrants may be redeemed for one share of Capital Acquisition Corp Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share.
