MedTech Acquisition Corporation Files for IPO

MedTech Acquisition Corporation has filed paperwork with the SEC to bring their company public. In their S-1 form, MedTech Acquisition registered 23 million units for sale to the public. This number includes the underwriters’ option to purchase an additional 3 million units in case they need to cover any over-allotments. Furthermore, each units consists of 1 share of 1 class A stock and 1/3 of 1 warrant.

The units have a proposed maximum offering price of $10 each. With each whole warrant the holder may buy 1 share of class A common stock for $11.50. However, this price may change. See the prospectus for information regarding this change.

The proposed maximum aggregate price offering for this deal is $230 million or just $200 million if underwriters’ do not exercise their options …
