Dun and Bradstreet Holdings acquired the European data and analytics firm Bisnode for $811.60 million. Seventy five percent of the consideration was paid in cash and 25 percent in Dun and Bradstreet stock.
The firm expanded its client base across Europe and can now access Bisnode’s 33 million records. This contributes to the company’s expanding Data Cloud. In addition, the company also plans to introduce its modern Sales and Marketing and Finance and Risk solutions.
