On Sept. 21, PagerDuty Inc. (NYSE: PD) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Rundeck. Per the agreement terms, PagerDuty will acquire Rundeck for a total purchase price of around $100 million. This amount will be subject to adjustment and will be paid approximately 60% in cash and 40% in PagerDuty common stock and is subject to certain customary closing conditions.
